1864: The Battle For Europe

One of the bloodiest battles in Danish history and a precursor to World War I.

In 1864 the lives of brothers Laust and Peter are changed for ever, as Prussia and Austria declare war on Denmark, and they are called to serve their country on the battlefields. It is there they encounter the true horrors of war, with the brothers fighting alongside thousands of soldiers at the slaughter at Dybbøl, in a war that changed Denmark and modern European history forever.
