Q. Which titles are you offering replacement discs for?

A. We are providing replacement discs for STORMY MONDAY and THE BIG KNIFE


Q. Are you offering replacement discs for the UK and US releases of these films? 

A. Yes!

Q: How do I get a replacement disc?

A: Please email the team at with the disc you require in the subject header along with details of the best address to send your replacement disc to and your proof of purchase (this can be a screengrab of your order confirmation or a photo of your receipt)


Q: What if I no longer have my proof of purchase?
A: Please write the date and your full name on the face of your disc (the printed side, not the playable side) and attach this photo to your email.


Q. I purchased a disc and need a replacement but I live in [insert country] - Can I get apply for a new disc? 

A. Of course - we will send replacement discs worldwide.


Q: How long will it take my replacement disc to arrive?
A: If you are in the UK, please allow for 3-5 days for shipping, and around 7-10 days for all other countries.


Q: How do I tell if I have a replacement disc for STORMY MONDAY?
A: The uncorrected disc has a very noticeable audio echo throughout the film, if you disc does not include this you have a corrected disc!

Q. Will I need to send my uncorrected disc back to you?

A: Nope, you can keep hold of this.


Q. I’m based in the US and my replacement STORMY MONDAY disc has UK certs on it, what gives!?

A: Sadly there was a printing error which meant that all replacement discs for this title contain the UK artwork. Don’t worry, your new disc will play fine!
