Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that the soundtrack for the US theatrical cut of DEMONS contains an error. At around the 62-minute mark, the audio incorrectly reverts to the separate international English soundtrack for approximately 12 minutes.
This affects both the UHD and Blu-ray versions of the title (catalogue numbers FCD2035 and FCD2090).
We understand that this is disappointing for fans who were looking forward to experiencing this distinct version of the film in the form in which it was originally shown in US cinemas in 1985.
We are pleased to say that we have corrected the issue and we now have replacement discs ready to send out to any customer who has purchased a 2021 release of this title. This issue only affects the DEMONS disc in the set, there is no replacement needed for the DEMONS 2 disc.

You should have received an email confirming that the replacement disc is ready to be dispatched. The delivery details from your DEMONS order will be used but if your information has changed, or you have not received this email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If you are based in the UK and have not received your disc in 2 weeks’ time, please contact email@example.com and we will investigate this as soon as possible. International customers please allow 4 weeks for your disc to arrive. When emailing, be sure to include “DEMONS REPLACEMENT DISC” in the subject heading of the email, or respond directly to the email our team have sent out.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with DEMONS REPLACEMENT DISC in the subject header, a copy of your proof of purchase attached along with the best shipping address for us to dispatch the disc out to, and your current phone number.
If you no longer have access to your proof of purchase then please write the date and your full name on the face of your DEMONS disc and attach the photo to your email, this will count as your proof of purchase (please note that this should be on the face of the disc itself, not on paper or anything else that is on or near the disc). Our team will not be able to confirm receipt of each email individually but will get back to you as soon as they can to confirm that a replacement will be shipped out.
